Death's Door

NecrobinderSkillUncommon
Gain 6 Block.
If you applied Doom this turn, gain Block 2 additional times.

It always gives one Block gain of 6 (7 upgraded). If you have applied Doom earlier this turn, it gains Block three times instead, so 18 or 21. The code checks the combat history for Doom you applied this turn and the card glows gold when the condition is met. Each gain is a separate event, so Dexterity applies three times. Apply Doom first, then play it.
