Whenever you shuffle your Draw Pile, choose a card from it to put into your Hand.

It puts a counter on you. Every time your draw pile shuffles, from running empty during a draw or from Reboot, you choose 1 card per stack from the fresh pile and put it into your hand. The pick is not a draw, so draw triggers do not fire. It stacks with itself. The upgrade drops the cost from 1 to 0.
