Flame Barrier

IroncladSkillUncommon
Gain 12 Block.
Whenever you are attacked this turn, deal 4 damage back.

You gain 12 Block, then a power that deals 4 damage back to any enemy whose Attack hits you this turn, once per hit, so a triple-hit attacker takes it three times. The retaliation is flat and ignores your Strength. The power disappears at the end of the enemy turn. Upgraded, 16 Block and 6 back.

When to take Flame Barrier

Good for Act 1 or 2 fights against multi hit enemies, where the damage back adds up fast. As pure defense, 2 Energy for 12 Block alone is a little pricey.
