Eternal
Card property
Cannot be removed or transformed from your Deck.
Eternal marks a card that cannot leave your Deck.
Removal effects skip it: the Merchant's card removal, Cook and Forbidden Grimoire's end-of-combat removal only count cards without Eternal.
Transform is blocked too, but only while the card sits in your Deck between fights. The code checks the pile, so an in-combat transform such as Seance on the Draw Pile or Entropy on your Hand can still change it for that combat.
Inside combat Eternal does nothing: the card can be drawn, discarded, Exhausted or played as normal.
The keyword is printed after the card text, next to Exhaust.

Notes
Mostly curses: Ascender's Bane (added on floor 1 at Ascension 5), Bad Luck, Curse of the Bell from Calling Bell, Enthralled from Blood-Soaked Rose, Folly and Greed from Cursed Pearl.
One power: Forbidden Grimoire is the one Eternal Power, letting you remove a card after every combat but never itself.
Ember: the Tezcatara's Ember enchantment adds Eternal to a card along with cost 0 and 3 extra damage, making a strong card permanent.
