On pickup you receive Curse of the Bell, an Unplayable Eternal curse that can never be removed or transformed, and then a reward screen offers three relics: one Common, one Uncommon and one Rare, each rolled separately. It is a one-time pickup effect and cannot be traded.

When to take Calling Bell
A Darv offer, three relics for one permanent dead card is a good trade, especially early when a Rare relic can define the run. Decline it in a very small deck or if you hold Bing Bong.
