Only five starters qualify: Bash becomes Break, Neutralize becomes Suppress, Unleash becomes Protector, Falling Star becomes Meteor Shower and Dualcast becomes Quadcast.
On pickup: the first matching card in your deck is transformed, if that starter was Upgraded the new card arrives Upgraded, and any enchantment on it is copied across.
Orobas: only offers the Tooth if you still own one of those starters, the option is locked otherwise.

Take it when the mapped card is a real upgrade for your plan. Break, Meteor Shower, Suppress and Quadcast are strong picks, Protector only shines in a Summon-heavy deck.
