Vulnerable normally raises damage from Attacks by 50%; with Paper Phrog, Vulnerable enemies take 75% more. The code adds 0.25 to the Vulnerable multiplier for powered attack damage against any creature other than you, so it only touches enemies and never makes you take more. Uncommon, Ironclad only, 225 Gold, unlocked with the Devastation epoch.
When to take Paper Phrog
Take it when Vulnerable is already in your deck, since Bash alone turns into a 25% damage boost. Skip it if you removed Bash and never replaced it.
