On pickup it chooses 7 random Monster or Elite rooms on the current act's map and marks them. In a marked room every enemy is set to 1 HP when combat starts, and anything that joins the fight later is set to 1 HP as well. The marks apply only to the act you took it in. Ancient relic from Nonupeipe at the start of Glory.

When to take Fur Coat

Take it and path through the marked rooms. The 7 marked fights in the final act are near-free HP and time, and marked elites hand over their relics for nothing.
