You may sacrifice card rewards to Pael. Every 2 sacrifices, obtain a Relic.

Every card reward gains a Sacrifice button. Choosing it ends the reward with no card added and advances a counter on the relic; when the counter reaches 2 it resets and you immediately obtain a relic, pulled from the front of your run's relic queue. The counter is saved with the run, so sacrifices on different floors add up.

When to take Pael's Wing

Take it when you have been skipping rewards already: two skips per relic means roughly a relic every two fights by the Hive. Pass if the deck still needs cards.
