Each is a normal pick of 3 from your own character's pool at regular-encounter rarity odds, so no Elite bonus to Rares, and you may skip any of them. It is a shop relic at 200 Gold, and since the effect is spent at pickup it cannot be traded in multiplayer.

When to take Orrery

Buy it when your deck is missing pieces and Gold is spare: five picks is more selection than a whole act of normal fights. Best early in Act 2 when the deck still needs its core.
