On pickup the Mirror shows your deck and lets you pick one card; a copy of it is added to the deck. Quest cards cannot be chosen; anything else can, curses included, though there is no reason to. The copy is made once, on pickup, and the relic cannot be traded. It is a Shop relic at 200 gold.
