  • On pickup: one basic Strike and one basic Defend are upgraded, the Strike goes from 6 to 9 damage, the Defend from 5 to 8 Block.
  • What qualifies: only Basic-rarity cards carrying the Strike or Defend tag, so a Perfected Strike is never chosen, and it picks the last matching card in your deck order.
  • Nothing else: the relic has no ongoing effect and cannot be traded in multiplayer.

When to take Neow's Talisman

Take it when the alternatives are things you do not want, like Winged Boots on a map you would path normally anyway. Two free upgrades are worth about one Rest Site.
