Hex
The Spectral Knight in the Glory Knights elite opens with its Hex move, putting this debuff on each player. While it is on you, every card you own in the fight is marked Hexed, and Hexed cards are Ethereal: whatever is left in your hand at end of turn is Exhausted. Cards created or added later are marked as they enter. It is a single buff with no counter.

Notes
The debuff is tied to the Knight: when it dies the power is removed, and the removal clears the mark from every card at once. Ethereal from other sources, such as Music Box copies, is left untouched. Cards that already carry a different affliction are skipped. Either kill the Knight first or play out your hand every turn; anything you hold back is lost for the fight.
