Dampen
Debuff
While Magi Knight is alive, ALL your cards are Downgraded.
Magi Knight: casts it with its Dampen move on its second turn, in the Knights elite fight in Glory.
On landing: every upgraded card in your combat piles is downgraded, and its old upgrade level is stored.
No stacking: a second Magi Knight registers itself as another caster instead.
All casters dead: the power is removed, and each stored card is upgraded back to its recorded level.

Notes
A knight whose death is prevented does not count as dead. Cards generated after the debuff landed were never upgraded, so nothing is stored for them. Cards you upgrade in combat afterward keep that upgrade, with the stored levels added back on top when the power ends. Killing the Magi Knight first restores your upgrades for the rest of the fight.
