Slippery
Buff
The next time this creature loses HP, it only loses 1 HP instead.
Slippery caps the next HP loss its owner takes at 1, then spends a stack. Inklet starts with 1 stack and Vantom with 8 (9 on Ascension 8). Any hit that would remove HP removes exactly 1 instead, and a hit that deals no unblocked damage does not use a stack. Block works normally on top of it; the cap only applies to what gets through.

Notes
What burns a stack
Hits, not damage: the stack count is effectively the number of damaging hits you must land, so multi-hit attacks strip it far faster than one big Attack, a 3-hit card removes 3 stacks for 3 HP total.
Poison counts: Poison ticks count as hits and burn a stack each.
Against Vantom: your first 8 damaging hits do 1 HP apiece, so hold your heavy Attacks.- Multiplayer: the amount is multiplied by the player count.
Rules and timing
In co-op an enemy receives more of it: the amount rises with the number of players.
