You pick any number of cards from your hand, including none, discard them, then draw exactly that many. The discards happen during your turn, so cards with Sly trigger from it, and anything that counts discards sees each card. Choosing nothing does nothing. It is a self-only potion.

When to take Gambler's Brew
Trade a dead hand for a fresh one on the turn it matters, or use it as a discard engine in a Silent Sly deck. Never drink it on a good hand.

- Fixed an interaction between Sly and effects that draw immediately after discarding (i.e. Calculated Gamble, Gambler's Brew, and Gambling Chip)
- Gambler's brew not proccing sly
