Every enemy that can be hit gets 1 Weak and 1 Vulnerable.- Vulnerable makes your Attacks deal 50% more to them. Weak makes their Attacks deal 25% less to you.
- Both, applied on your turn, run through the enemy's next action and tick off at the end of the enemy turn, so you get exactly one turn of each.
The code reads the two amounts crosswise, but both are 1, so nothing changes.- An enemy with Artifact spends one charge per debuff, Weak first.

When to take Potion of Binding
A one-turn swing for a whole room, use it on your biggest attacking turn against three or more enemies. Against a single boss, Vulnerable Potion gives three turns instead of one.
