Wood Carvings

You open a dusty box to find a set of 3 elaborate wood carvings:

A bird, snake, and... a torus?

A nearby pedestal has indentations which match the bottom of the carvings. Which carving will you place on the pedestal?
You place the snake carving on the pedestal and the statue's SCALES LIGHT UP! You feel a bit warm, comfortable, and wobbly.
You place the bird carving on the pedestal and the statue's EYES LIGHT UP and you hear a faint ringing within your mind.

...caw.... caw caaaawww...

The pedestal opens and a strange fluid begins to pour out.
Naturally, you drink it all.
You place the torus carving on the pedestal and your STOMACH LIGHTS UP as the statue transforms into a piping hot fried confection. An insatiable hunger takes over and you quickly consume the donut.

You feel tougher, but slower.

  • Snake only on a card that costs 2 or 3, where the average cost of 1.5 is a discount.

Bird

Transform1 starter card into Peck
  • Bird when you have Strength or Vulnerable sources, since each of Peck's hits scales.

Torus

  • Torus for most decks: a Defend becomes 15 Block across three turns for 2 Energy, which carries act one elites.

How it plays

  • Snake: enchants one card with Slither, whenever that card is drawn its cost is rerolled from 0 to 3.
  • It cannot go on Unplayable or X-cost cards, and the option shows Locked when no card qualifies.
  • Bird: transforms one starter card (Basic rarity) into Peck, a 1-cost Attack that deals 2 damage 3 times, 4 times upgraded.
  • Torus: transforms one starter card into Toric Toughness, a 2-cost Skill for 5 Block now and 5 Block at the start of each of the next 2 turns, 7 each when upgraded.
