For 2 Energy it gives 5 Block (7 upgraded) and puts 2 stacks of this power on you.
The power remembers the exact Block figure you just received.
When each of your next 2 turns begins, right after your Block resets, it grants that same figure again and loses a stack.- Every play makes its own copy, so two plays queue two separate repeats.

Notes
The saved figure is the final result of the original play, so Dexterity or Frail is counted once and never reapplied. The repeated Block is flagged as unpowered and ignores every modifier, including Unmovable. The trigger is the turn-start reset itself, not actually losing Block, so it fires even when your Block carried over.
