On pickup: offers 4 Wax relics, each pulled from the front of your relic list with the usual rarity roll, half Common, a third Uncommon, otherwise Rare.
Counter: counts every combat you finish. After each third combat your leftmost Wax relic that has not melted yet melts, staying in your relic row but no longer working.
After 12 combats: all four are gone and Toy Box is used up.
It cannot be traded.

Take it from Tezcatara in the Hive for four relics that melt away over 12 combats, a strong deal if you use them fast.
