Just before each combat starts, the Frond fills every empty potion slot with a random potion, one by one, until no slot is open or a potion cannot be procured. The potions are rolled from the normal out-of-combat table, so any rarity can appear. It is a Nonupeipe relic.

When to take Delicate Frond
Take it with three or more potion slots and a willingness to drink freely, so potions become a resource you spend, not hoard. Best for throwing several at a tough elite.
