Slumber
The Slumbering Beetle starts each fight asleep with 3 stacks of Slumber and 15 Plating (18 on Ascension 8). Every hit that pushes unblocked damage through removes 1 stack, and the end of each enemy turn removes another. At 0 it wakes up, loses the Plating and switches to Rollout, a 16 damage attack (18 on Ascension 9) that also gives it 2 Strength each time.

Notes
Hits count one by one, so a three-hit Attack that gets damage through on every hit wakes it immediately, while fully blocked hits do nothing. Waking it by damage stuns it: its next turn is spent waking up and the first Rollout comes the turn after. Left alone it snores for three enemy turns and attacks on the fourth.
Rules and timing
It loses 1 stack at the end of its owner's turn.
