On landing: Tangled marks every Attack you own at once, in every pile, and any Attack that enters combat afterwards is marked on arrival. Skills and Powers are never touched.
Duration: the power removes itself at the end of your next turn and every tag goes with it, so the tax lasts exactly one player turn.

Grasping Vines: hits for 8 (9 at Ascension 9+) and applies Tangled 1.- Cycle: Swipe, Grasping Vines, Chomp, so the turn your Attacks cost extra is the turn Chomp is coming for 16 (18).
Plan: spend the extra cost on Skills, block the Chomp with cards the tax cannot touch, and save your Attacks for the Swipe turn after.
If you must attack: a 0-cost Attack at 1 is still fine; a 2-cost Attack at 3 rarely is.
