Affliction

Only 1 Bound card can be played each turn. Cards are un-Bound at end of turn.

After one play: playing one Bound card makes every other Bound card you hold unplayable until your turn ends. At end of turn every tag is stripped and the quota resets.
Chains of Binding: does the tagging, marking cards drawn during your own turn until three have been marked that turn, so your opening hand and any extra draws share one count.
Enemy turn draws: are never marked.
Unplayable cards are eligible: so a status or curse among your first three draws absorbs a mark harmlessly.
Duplicated plays: a play copied by a duplication effect does not spend your one Bound play.

Where it comes from

Only the Queen applies it: her opening move, Puppet Strings, gives you Chains of Binding 3 in the Queen boss fight in Glory, and nothing removes it for the rest of the fight. Draw past the mark, since any card drawn after the third arrives clean; draw effects are worth more here than usual. When two Bound cards compete, play the one that matters now.
