Upon pickup, obtain a random Relic.

On pickup it opens a one-item reward screen holding a random relic. The relic is pulled from the front of your run's relic list with the normal rarity roll: half the time Common, a third of the time Uncommon, otherwise Rare, the same odds as an Elite drop. Whatever you pull is yours for good, and the capsule itself does nothing afterward.

When to take Small Capsule

Take it from Neow when the other offers are weaker than an average relic, which is common early since an Act 1 relic works the whole run. Prefer it over Large Capsule for a leaner deck.
