That is the whole relic. It has no combat text and no counter, and once the upgrade is applied it sits in your relic bar doing nothing.

Take it when one card's upgrade decides fights, like the cost drop on Barricade or the extra point on Demon Form. With several good targets, prefer Yummy Cookie instead.
