Whenever a card is generated for the combat with you as its creator, you gain Block equal to the stack count. The Block is unpowered, so Dexterity adds nothing but No Block cannot stop it. Pillar of Creation gives 3, or 4 upgraded, for 1 Energy.

Notes
Forge creating your first Sovereign Blade counts, as do Manifest Authority, Collision Course, Heirloom Hammer and Bundle of Joy, which triggers three times. Wounds and Dazed that enemies force on you have no creator and give nothing. Arsenal is the Strength version of the same trigger.
