Phantom Blades
When it is applied, every Shiv you have in the combat gains Retain, and every Shiv that enters combat afterward gets it too. On top of that, the first Shiv you play each turn deals extra damage equal to the stack count, added flat like Strength. Phantom Blades gives 9, or 12 upgraded.
Where it comes from
Cards that apply Phantom Blades

The first Shiv you play each turn deals 9 additional damage.
The first Shiv you play each turn deals 9 additional damage.
Notes
Retain lets you hold Shivs from Blade Dance or Infinite Blades so a boosted Shiv is available every turn. The bonus stacks with Accuracy and hits every enemy under Fan of Knives. A second copy raises the bonus to 18.
Rules and timing
It only counts damage from Attack cards and enemy attacks. HP loss and damage dealt by relics, potions and other powers do not count.
