Foul Potion
SpecialSharedThrow
In combat: deals 12 flat damage to every creature that is not a pet, all enemies and all players, including you.- Strength does not raise it and Block absorbs it as usual.
Outside combat: only works in a shop or the Fake Merchant event, where you throw it at the merchant for 100 gold.- It cannot be used in any other room.
It comes from an event, not the normal pool.

When to take Foul Potion
Usually worth more as 100 gold at the next shop than drunk. Only drink it when 12 damage to everything ends the fight and you can block the 12 coming back.
