A Token potion: Petrified Toad hands you one at the start of each combat if you have a free slot, rather than it turning up in rewards.- Using it still counts as using a potion, so Reptile Trinket gives 3 Strength.

When to take Potion-Shaped Rock
Throw it turn 1 of nearly every fight, fifteen damage finishes an Act 1 gremlin or clears a Block wall first. With Petrified Toad and Belt Buckle, throw it right away for the Dexterity.
