On pickup: you receive the potion Ambergris, and Guilty is added to your deck.
Ambergris: heals half of your Max HP and, used in combat, grants an extra turn, this relic is its only source.
Guilty: is an Unplayable curse that leaves your deck by itself after 5 combats.
Neow: offers it as the cursed option of her three, and when she does, Phial Holster and Lost Coffer are never among the other two.
Beta only: for now it exists only in the public beta, not the live game.

When to take Neow's Sacrifice
You trade five fights with one dead draw for a potion that can decide a boss fight, and the curse removes itself. Take it when Neow's other two options are weak.
