Spirit of Ash

Spirit of Ash is a Necrobinder Rare Power, Spirit of Ash, which sets the power at 4 or 5 when upgraded. Whenever you play a card carrying the Ethereal keyword, you gain that much Block right before the card's own effects resolve. Extra copies add to the stack. The Block is flat and ignores Dexterity and Frail.

Notes
It only cares that the card has Ethereal when it is played; whether the card would have exhausted at end of turn is irrelevant. Cards that gain Ethereal from another effect count as long as the keyword is on them at play time. Ethereal cards you let exhaust from hand unplayed give nothing, so the power rewards playing them, not holding them.
