Sneaky comes from Sneaky, a Silent Rare Power that only shows up in multiplayer runs. It gives 1 stack, or 2 upgraded, and repeat plays add up. Whenever an Attack card finishes resolving and its owner is another player, you gain Block equal to your stacks. Your own Attacks do nothing for it.

Notes

The Block is flat: Dexterity and Frail do not change it. It fires per Attack card, not per hit or per target, so a teammate playing many cheap Attacks feeds it far better than one big swing. The card is Sly, so discarding it from hand plays it for free, which is often the cheapest way to get it down early.
