Master Planner
Buff
When you play a Skill, it gains Sly.
After any Skill you play finishes resolving, that card gains Sly for the rest of the combat.
Sly means that if the card is discarded from your hand before the end of your turn, it plays itself for free.
So every Skill you have played once becomes a free replay the next time a discard effect throws it away.
Master Planner costs 2, or 1 upgraded, and the power does not stack.

Notes
Skills that Exhaust gain nothing, since they never come back to be discarded. Pair it with self-discard: Acrobatics, Prepared, Calculated Gamble and Storm of Steel all turn played Skills into free plays. Cards that already have Sly are unchanged.
