Per draw: the check is on the draw event, so each card drawn is its own hit; a card that draws 3 deals 3 separate hits of 2.- The damage ignores Strength and does not count as an Attack.

Notes
Your start-of-turn hand draw is excluded, and so are draws that happen outside your turn. Only draws caused by your cards, relics and powers during your turn pay out. The power's generic description reads 1, but the card grants 2 stacks. The hits are unpowered, so Vulnerable on the enemy does not raise them and enemy Block absorbs them normally.
