Notes

The stack does not care what the Skill cost: a 0-cost Skill consumes it just the same, so line up the Skill you actually want discounted before playing Pounce. The cost is forced to 0 in the late cost step, overriding rather than stacking with other reductions. Only your own Skills played from hand qualify. The sibling buffs from Unrelenting (Attacks) and Synthesis (Powers) work the same way.
