Applies 1 Buffer. The next time you would lose HP, the loss becomes 0 and the stack is spent. It checks late, after other reductions, so a hit that Block or Intangible already brought to 0 does not consume it. Block is still removed as normal; only HP is protected. It never decays and can be given to a teammate.

When to take Lucky Tonic
Save it for the one hit you cannot block, then skip Block and spend everything on offense. Play self-damage cards like Offering first, since they use it up too.
