Every enemy loses 7 Strength for the current round.- Applies negative 7 Strength immediately and gives it back at the end of the enemy turn, so the enemy's very next set of attacks is what shrinks.
Per hit: a three-hit move loses 21 damage, and Strength can go negative, so a 0-Strength enemy really does drop 7 per hit.- A debuff: one Artifact charge negates it on that enemy.

When to take Shackling Potion
Hold it for the boss turn you cannot block, a multi-hit swing or a stacked-Strength finisher. Best against enemies that keep buffing Strength, wasted when they only Block.
