Raises your Max HP by 5 for the rest of the run and heals 5 at the same time, since gaining Max HP also fills the new points. It works anywhere, including the map, and can be given to a teammate in co-op. It never appears from random in-combat generation, so it comes from rewards, shops, events or out-of-combat rolls.

When to take Fruit Juice
Drink it the moment you get it, there is no reason to hold a permanent buff in a slot. Only buy it at 100 gold when your slots are full and gold has nowhere better to go.
Other rare potions
Changes by version
- You can now target other players and yourself with potions outside of combat (applies to things like Fruit Juice and Blood Potion)
- Nerfed Alchemize card: can no longer procure Fruit Juice, Regen Potion, or Fairy in a Bottle potions
- Fruit Juice can now be used outside of combat
