Which option to take

  • Confront when one Exhaust card would be a bomb on repeat, such as a heavy attack or a one-shot Skill; Decay is a mild curse you can remove.
  • Accept for a deck that exhausts several cards a turn, where the pings add up; otherwise the relic is filler and Confront is better.

How it plays

  • Confront with Truth adds Decay (Unplayable; take 2 damage at end of turn if it is in hand), then lets you pick a card with printed Exhaust and enchant it with Soul's Power, which removes Exhaust permanently.
  • The option is locked when you have no such card.
  • Accept the Forgotten Soul grants Forgotten Soul: whenever you Exhaust a card, deal 1 damage to a random enemy.
