How to unlock The Twelve

The Twelve unlocks when you beat the Act 1 boss as The Necrobinder. The epoch is granted mid-run at the kill, in Standard mode only.

Its slot is revealed by Life and Death, the epoch that unlocks the Necrobinder after a finished Regent run, so it is visible from the Necrobinder's first climb. The Twelve reveals no further slots.
