The merchant no longer runs out of cards, relics, or potions and his prices are reduced by 20%.
Every price the merchant shows you is multiplied by 0.8, and when you buy a card, relic or potion the slot refills instead of staying empty. The merchant never sells The Courier itself, so it comes from chests, Elites, bosses and events only. Other players in multiplayer keep their normal prices and empty slots.

Best in Act 1 or early Act 2 while several shops remain and you can make Gold, since it also discounts card removals.
