Vicious is an Ironclad Uncommon Power for 1 Energy that grants 1 stack (2 upgraded). Each time you apply Vulnerable to any creature and the amount actually lands, you draw cards equal to your stacks. The trigger counts applications, not stacks: Bash applying 2 Vulnerable draws once. Multi-target cards apply to each enemy separately, so Thunderclap against three enemies draws three times.

Notes

A blocked application, such as one absorbed by Artifact, changes nothing and draws nothing. Adding Vulnerable to an enemy that already has it still counts, so Uppercut and Taunt keep drawing. Only Vulnerable you apply yourself triggers it; a teammate's or a monster's application does not.
