Strangle
Strangle is a per-applier debuff. Strangle deals 8 damage (10 upgraded) and leaves 2 stacks (3 upgraded); the Choking rider from Tinker Time puts 6 stacks on Mad Science's target. After each card you play, the enemy loses HP equal to the stacks it had when that card started. The loss is unblockable and ignores powers. The power is removed at the end of the enemy's turn.
DebuffWhere it comes from
Cards that apply Strangle

Whenever you play a card this turn, the enemy loses 2 HP.
Whenever you play a card this turn, the enemy loses 2 HP.
Notes
The card that applies it never counts itself, and a second Strangle only starts paying its extra stacks on cards played after it. Each player's Strangle is a separate instance, so in multiplayer only the applier's cards trigger their own copy. Because it is HP loss with no attacker, it never triggers Thorns or on-hit effects. Play it first, then dump cheap cards.
Rules and timing
It is removed at the end of its owner's turn.
Changes by version
