Slow
Debuff
Whenever you play a card, this enemy receives 10% more damage from Attacks this turn.
Slow sits on the Bygone Effigy from the start of that elite fight and never leaves.
Every card you play during your turn adds 1 to a hidden counter, and each point makes the Effigy take 10% more damage from Attacks.
The bonus is one multiplier, 1 plus 0.1 per card, so an Attack played after four other cards lands at 140% of normal.
The counter resets to 0 when the enemy turn begins.

Notes
The icon shows the counter times 10, while the stack count itself stays at 1. Only attack damage that scales with powers is boosted, so Thorns and orb hits gain nothing. Skills, Powers and 0-cost cards all count, which makes cheap filler before a big Attack worth real damage. In multiplayer, every player's cards feed the same counter.
Rules and timing
It only counts damage from Attack cards and enemy attacks. HP loss and damage dealt by relics, potions and other powers do not count.
