Every time you draw a card carrying Ethereal, from the hand draw or any other draw, you draw as many extra cards as you have stacks. Drawing another Ethereal card off that draw triggers it again. Pagestorm costs 1, or 0 upgraded, and a second copy makes each trigger draw 2.

The Necrobinder pool has plenty of fuel: Parse, Defile, Fear, Defy, Seance and Lethality are all Ethereal. Dazed is Ethereal too, so a status-clogged deck still cycles. No Draw blocks the extra draw.
