Lose Strength until the end of this turn.
The debuff that Monarch's Gaze leaves on anything you hit. On arrival it silently applies negative Strength equal to its amount; at the end of the owner's turn it removes itself and hands the Strength back. Every hit adds another stack, and the refund covers the whole total.

Notes
The icon takes its name from the Monarch's Gaze card. Because the loss is real Strength for the duration, it shrinks every attack the enemy makes on that turn and can push a weak attacker to zero damage. It is applied by a power rather than a card, so a first-debuff doubling from Unsettling Lamp is not involved.
Rules and timing
It takes away Strength when gained and gives the same amount back when it is removed, at the end of its owner's turn.
