Fan of Knives, the Silent rare power (2 cost), applies this and adds 4 Shivs to your hand (5 upgraded). The power has no code of its own. Instead, the Shiv card checks whether its owner has it and switches its target from one enemy to all enemies, so every Shiv you play deals its 4 damage (6 upgraded) to each enemy.
