Throw it at one enemy for 6 Poison.- Ticks at the start of that enemy's turn: it loses HP equal to its stacks, then the count drops by 1.
Left alone: 6 Poison deals 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 over six enemy turns, 21 in total, and none of it can be blocked.- It stacks with Poison already on the target.
Snecko Skull adds 1 more on application. Artifact on the target eats it entirely.
When to take Poison Potion
A Silent-only potion for long fights, most of its 21 damage arrives late. Throw it turn 1 at an elite or boss so every tick lands, a Strike is cheaper against weak enemies.
