How to unlock Tricked

Win the Act 1 boss fight as The Defect and Tricked is unlocked mid-run, when the boss room is cleared.
The check comes at the end of every boss fight, so the first boss of any Standard run does it; Daily and Custom runs never grant epochs.
The slot is revealed by Booting Up, which adds all six Defect chapters, and Tricked reveals nothing further.
